I. Introduction
Industry 5.0 is derived from Industry 4.0, but it is not a simple continuation. Instead, it pays more attention to social and ecological values, which requires industrial production to respect and protect the earth’s ecology. The focus of Industry 5.0 can be summarized as people focus, sustainability and elasticity. If industry is to respect the ecology of the planet, it must be sustainable. It requires the development of recycling processes, reusing, repurposing and recycling natural resources, reducing waste and environmental impact. Therefore the demand for new energy generation is rising sharply. At present, most of the new energy generation is concentrated in wind and solar energy. However, the generation of these two energy sources is volatile and unstable. Elasticity needs to develop a higher degree of robustness in industrial production, so how to improve the efficiency and stability of new energy generation is an important research direction in the electric power industry. As an important link between power generation, transmission and electricity consumption, power conversion device greatly affects its performance. the traditional converter can only meet the demand of power conversion, and the fluctuations of electric energy are all realized by energy storage, which requires too much energy storage capacity and frequency. Therefore, a new converter which can help the new energy to solve the problem of stability and absorption and let the load itself digest the fluctuating energy is needed.
