I. Introduction
Carbon nanotube (CNT) has received huge interest in the thin film transistor (TFT) industry as a new active channel material for flexible/stretchable displays due to its exceptionally high carrier mobility compared to those of other organic semiconductors, and its superior mechanical properties relative to those of Si or oxide semiconductors [1]–[6]. In addition, CNT can be deposited by a solution process such as inkjet printing, which is capable of large area fabrication with low cost and low temperature [3]. Recently, the need for a low temperature process for soft electronics has led many research groups to demonstrate fully printed CNT TFTs with polymeric dielectric materials [4]–[6].
