I. Introduction
Low latency and net-zero energy communication are the key requirements of 6G for massive Internet of Things (IoT) deployments [1]. Low latency can be addressed by minimum length scheduling; whereas RF energy harvesting (EH) networks enable net-zero energy communication for the information sources. Furthermore, short packets are typical forms of traffic generated by IoT systems and require incorporating the short blocklength constraint into information theoretic analysis [2]. Thus, the study on the minimum length scheduling for net zero energy networks with short packets is essential.
