I. Introduction
The main challenges of wide usage of electric vehicle (EV) now are the high cost and the limited range [1], [2]. Although the off-board charger can provide safe and fast charging capability, the geographical density of the off-board charger is relatively low. Also, it needs to occupy the precious land resources in modern cities [3], [4]. Thus, in these situations, the integrated on-board EV charger is a promising supplement over the off-board charger. Also, the integrated on-board charger can greatly save the cost by reutilizing the vehicular devices. Furthermore, it can offer more space for allocating the battery pack in order to extend the endurance mileage [5], [6].
