I. Introduction
Model-based reinforcement learning control is considered for hydraulic systems which are used in all kinds of large and small industrial settings, buildings, construction equipment, as well as vehicles [1]. Manufacturing [2], aircraft actuators [3], robotic manipulators [4], [5], and vehicle active suspensions [6] are leading users of hydraulic equipment. Unlike motor systems, hydraulic systems have the advantages that small size-to-power ratios and large force/torque output capability. As an efficient and cost-effective way to create movement or repetition, hydraulic system-based equipment is very popular in the mentioned fields.
