I. Introduction
Rhodamine B (RhB) was widely used in various industries, including food processing, textiles, and paper manufacturing, because of its unique color and low cost [1]. Previous studies disclosed the toxicity of this substance and its carcinogenic nature [2]–[4]. It has been banned from sale and use in many countries, including China and European countries [1]. However, a large amount of RhB is still being released into the environment every year, posing a potential threat to people.
