I. Introduction
Tof-ms is widely used in many domains due to its large dynamic range, high scan speed and simple architecture. Fig. 1 shows the block diagram of a TOF-MS. The molecules to be analyzed are firstly converted to different ions with corresponding values of ( refers to the mass; refers to the charge of the ion). These ions are then accelerated to a final kinetic energy in acceleration region by a known electric field, .
