I. Introduction
Phase-shifting profilometry (PSP) has been broadly applied in intelligent manufacturing, industrial detection, biological imaging, and so on [1]–[5]. With the aid of the optimum selections of the spatial frequency [6], [7], fringe angle [8], and phase unwrapping strategy [9], [10], PSP can reliably achieve 3-D measurements of static objects. While measuring a moving object, completing reliable 3-D measurements is challenging for PSP, especially using the economical imaging system. The significant, unknown motion generally causes the motion artifacts during one projection cycle of the multiple fringe patterns [11]–[14].
