I. Introduction
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the electric power industry has become a pillar industry to support our social economy. In order to ensure the stable operation of the power system and the needs of urban construction, power-off construction and maintenance can no longer adapt to all working conditions, and operation and maintenance personnel are often required to carry out live construction operations [1–2]. Because power construction usually involves the installation and handling of large and heavy structures, as well as the transportation of various materials, the construction process needs to rely on heavy machinery for lifting and transportation. In order to ensure safe construction, the power grid company has formulated strict construction safety distance guarantee regulations [3–4]. However, at present, in the construction process, it is still mainly to protect the construction safety by fences and manual, and for the dynamic construction process and high-altitude work, simple safety measures are difficult to ensure the safe distance between the construction machinery and the live body, which is easy to cause safety accidents, resulting in power failures and casualties and other serious consequences [5]. At the same time, the power equipment in the construction site moves frequently, and the diversification of construction scenes is not conducive to the construction of fine models. Therefore, there is still a lack of a fast and effective construction scenario model construction scheme.
