INTRODUCTION
Detection of mixed gases often requires the collaborative operation of multiple metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) gas sensors with different gas-sensing materials due to the poor selectivity of a single sensor [1]. The implementation of precise temperature modulation in the region of gas-sensitive materials has been proven to effectively improve the selectivity of gas sensors [2]. Temperature modulation refers to the manipulation of the operating temperature of the gas sensor to enhance its response to specific gases. By controlling and modulating the temperature, the sensor's response would be tailored to focus on desired gases while minimizing interference from other gases or environmental factors.
