I. Introduction
In comparison with Latin alphabet which contains a number of 26 letter, Romanian alphabet has beside Latin alphabet extra 5 special letters. These special letters are formed by applying diacritical marks to a set of 5 Latin alphabet letters. Usage of these special letter is important in context of words formation. In case of a 2 words written one with normal letters and one with a special letter that replace a normal letter the meaning is substantially different. An example of this kind of situation is ”musca” which means ” house fly” and ”muşca” which means ”to bite”.
