I. Introduction
The power cyber physical system significantly improves the intelligence level of power system [1]. However, network security issues of the power system also threat the stability of the power grid [2]. False data injection attack (FDIA) is a typical network attack form, which involves injecting false data, tampering with partial measurement values of the system, leading to misjudgment of system states, affecting the correctness of decision-making, and ultimately threatening the security of the power system [3]. FDIAs possess strong interference and concealment, thereby requiring higher means of detection for FDIAs.
