I. Introduction
Since the 2000s, the world has developed in all sectors. The service sector is the most prominent in which technological and software application got the biggest share. [6] Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) was one of these evolution outputs. ERP is defined as integrated business management applications used by industries to do all their functions as planning, production, sales, finance, human resource, customer service and supply chain etc. After the great success of ERP in developed countries, the companies which implement ERP gained competitive advantage. Because of their two most important characteristics, data integration and best practices, ERP systems substantially improve organizations’ business processes. In the forty years of their existence, the use of ERP systems in many industries has spread extensively [5][6].
