I. Introduction
The Electromagnetic pulse is a kind of transient electromagnetic phenomenon, mainly including lightning electromagnetic pulse, high electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) and electrostatic electromagnetic pulse. In particular, the electromagnetic pulse generated by nuclear explosion has a very high peak field strength and a very short rise time. Its large energy and wide range of action are unmatched by any other electromagnetic pulse, so it poses the most serious threat to various electronic and electrical equipment and systems for military and civilian [1–3].
