I. Introduction
As per WHO, heart disease which is also called coronary artery diseases are main reason of death. Approximately 17.9 million deaths were reported because of heart diseases in 2019 which represents 32% of global death [1]. As per American Heart Association, approximately 19.1 million people died because of cardio vascular disease (CVD), which is highest in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. North Africa, the Middle East, Central Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, Oceania, and Southeast Asia also demonstrated relatively higher death rate. Death rate is lower in Asia Pacific and North America, Latin America, Western Europe, and Australia. Globally 141.0 million males and 103.1 million females died because of Stroke. The people those are having low physical activity were contributed more in this death rate [2]. Ischemic heart disease(IHD) is one of the condition of heart which happens due to hardening heart arteries. In women the mortality rate is high because of IHD comparatively to men [3]. As per report published by centers for disease control and prevention (CDC), CVD has the highest mortality rate in 2020 and 2021 [4].
