I. Introduction
Electrical networks are complex dynamic systems. Sometimes they have to deal with sudden variations in voltages and currents. These changes are due to the various disturbances caused by the connected nonlinear loads, on the one hand, and to all the various incidents that may occur on the network, on the other hand [1]. With the increasing use of power semiconductors components by most users, electrical networks are polluted by significant harmonic currents. These currents cause adverse effects on the normal operating mode of the network or the connected devices, without mentioning the economic losses generated [2].
