I. Introduction
With the advancement of wireless access technology and the increasing popularity of vehicles, the Internet-of-Vehicles (IoV) has emerged as an essential paradigm of 5G networks [1]. IoV enables a wide variety of reliable vehicular services, particularly contemporary applications such as vehicular multimedia services, cooperative cruise control, path image-aided navigation, etc. These services have enhanced the development of intelligent transportation and improved traffic safety and efficiency [2], [3].
