I. Introduction
With the rapid development of economy and improvement of people’s living standard, the demand for takeaway is also increasing, which makes requirements for takeaway quality are also getting higher and higher, it puts forward higher delivery management requirements for takeaway delivery enterprises to reduce delivery cost and improve user’s experience. Takeaway products are perishable, difficult to store for a long time, the timeliness requirements are very strict and therefore difficulty of delivery is much harder than ordinary products. If delivery companies only ensure punctuality of delivery service, it is highly likely that lead to raise delivery costs. If they only pursue to reduce delivery costs and ignore sense of users’ experience, it will cause user loss, which isn’ t beneficial to development of takeaway service industry. In general, how to reduce delivery costs based on user’s experience is an urgent problem in takeaway industry at this stage.
