I. Introduction
MTD (Moving Target Detection)/PD (Pulse Doppler) radar is a radar that detects information about a target by emitting pulses and utilizing the Doppler effect. It has been widely used in many fields because MTD/PD radar technology can well suppress strong static clutter and incoherent noise interference [1]. In order to increase the action distance of the radar and improve the resolution of the target distance, radars often choose medium or high pulse repetition frequencies for target detection, but the high pulse repetition frequency often leads to the distance blur of the target and clutter.
