I. Introduction
During the operation of the substation, automation equipment is the key to supporting the normal operation of the substation. The operational status of equipment has a significant impact on the safety and stability of the substation system operation Accordingly, it is essential to analyze the actual operating state of the substation automation equipment in practice, clarify the fault type and fault state, and further propose effective solutions [1]. However, with the increase in the number of substations and the promotion of the unattended mode, the operation and maintenance of substation automation equipment is becoming increasingly complex, and the information of a large number of automation equipment needs to be stored and called through more effective management methods, thereby improving the operation and maintenance of substation automation equipment efficiency to reduce the workload of substation staff.
