I. Introduction
The employment of robots, artificial intelligence (AI), and service automation in the hospitality industry is becoming more prevalent [1]–[3]. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, hotels are increasingly relying on smart technology to enhance the level of service they offer their customers [4]. Moreover, this trend has had an impact in elevating hotel visitor experiences to new heights [5], [6]. The experience that hotel visitors have during their stay can be improved by the presence of technology in their hotel rooms. Especially for the hotel guests who have witnessed the rapid progression of technology throughout their lives, smart hotels may better accommodate their level of digital literacy while also providing a convenient and delightful atmosphere for their stays [7]. Indeed, the implementation of smart technology will bring tremendous advantages for businesses.
