I. Introduction
The field of artificial intelligence known as computer vision puts the emphasis on affirmation still hundreds of photos sequences. It can only be used to recognise entities, decipher in a framework, rebuild the tier model of human needs structure of a scene, It’s a cross discipline area that includes computer science, sensing applications, and a plethora of mathematical disciplines including geometry, statistics, and algebra. We will use pre-defined data sets to train models to detect traffic signals in this project. Traffic sign identification is a difficult and critical job in the world of self-driving cars. Traffic Recognition Systems picturize the real time traffic situation, emphasizing risks and issues in the area, raising concerns, and assisting drivers with navigation by offering essential knowledge that improves the safety and convenience of driving. Human visual vision abilities are influenced by physical and mental health of the individual. Unlike existing systems, video sequences are given as input so this can be easily applied for real-time applications. This follows an approach were ROIs extracted first and non-object ROIs are then removed using classifier, this reduces computational complexity.
