I. Introduction
In recent years, web-based education systems including e-learning and intelligent tutoring systems have seen a significant development. This is due to a number of factors, including the widespread use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and information technology, a significant increase in demand for higher education, and a dearth of qualified instructors [1], [2]. Moreover, a significant boost to online education, which tries to deliver effective teaching and feedback to large demographics via a smart system with little (or no) human participation, may have been originated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the necessity of transitioning from in-person to online instructions.
