I. Introduction
With the increasing capacity of new energy connecting to the network, the propagation mechanism of power system cascading failures and the corresponding measures are more complex. In recent years, large blackouts caused by cascading failures occur from time to time [1]–[2]. The “8.9” blackout in UK in 2019 confirmed that the power grid characteristics of wind power access have changed to a certain extent, and the traditional power network theory of cascading failures needs to be improved.
