I. Introduction
With the rapid development of aerospace science and technology, the number of space targets is increasing continuously, and the space is gradually showing a “crowded” situation, which makes the management and maintenance of space targets become the top priority. Space target detection capability is an important guarantee for the realization of space target management and maintenance, so countries have taken it as an important way to enhance their aerospace technology level [1–2]. Vehicle-mounted optical measurement equipment provides a new and effective means to improve the space target detection capability, with outstanding advantages such as mobility, miniaturization, strong survivability and batch deployment, and has an extremely attractive application prospect [3]. Taking this as the background, this paper studies the observation task planning problem of vehicle-mounted optical measurement equipment. The mathematical model and analysis method constructed have certain reference value for the application practice of vehicle-mounted optical measurement equipment.
