I. Introduction
High-power microwave and millimeter-wave sources have been extensively researched for a variety of applications, including high-resolution radars, wide-band communications, dynamic nuclear polarization, and so on (1)–(3). However, because the power loss is concentrated at the end of the linear beam inte -raction segment, the traditional ceramic ring loading structure, with limited heat dissipation area, will absorb a large amount of electromagnetic wave energy, resulting in overheating and exhalation, damaging the vacuum environment of beam-wave interaction.
