Talent acquisition is the process of hiring skilled employees for the company. The main motive of being an HR is to hire the right people for the correct position. Hiring the best talent for the company in this competitive market has become imperative. Recruiters' work has become challenging to discover such talent and make them onboard, too, as the value for skilled employees has increased. AI has already been efficiently incorporated into talent management procedures in the IT industry. AI has rarely been used to improve employee management practices, even though numerous modern technologies address the challenges of developing systematic automated information support solutions [1].
