I. Introduction
Coupling and improving energy utilization efficiency are the main research directions of scholars at home and abroad [1]. Reference [2] summarizes the state of multi-energy flexibility management; Reference [3] studies the dynamic behavior constraints of the cogeneration scheduling model and the constraints of heat storage devices and heat pipe network instruments; the above research ignores the different thermal inertia of the building (TIB) in the multi-energy park (MEP).
