I. Introduction
In the recent days many persons especially the men and women above 50 years of age, such as older women undergoing postmenopausal phase and natives from white race of Europe, America and other developed countries like Australia suffer from Osteoporosis (OP). Generally, this is not due to any specific isolated part or organ but due to overall physiological and biological system. This can lead to early breakage of bones even in the case of minor strain. It causes immense pain and makes the patient sedentary. This has many characteristics like lower bone mineral density (BMD), changes in the microscopic architecture of bone as evident through large holes or pores in the structure of bones under microscope[1].
