I. Introduction
“Carbon to peak and carbon neutral” is a major strategic decision in our country, and how to achieve the double carbon target is also the current research hotspot and focus. For the electric power industry, developing renewable energy, accelerating power low carbon, and building a novel microgrid are the effective way to achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goal [1] [2]. Therefore, how to reduce carbon emissions, and promote the grid connected consumption of renewable energy are the key issues faced by microgrid. In order to optimize the operation of microgrid, a economic dispatch model was established, which introduced a multi-time scale and two stage robust unit combination strategy [3]. Most of the above studies aim at improving the economy of microgrid. However, under the demand of low carbon power, reducing carbon emissions is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently. Carbon trading mechanism is considered to be one of the effective carbon emission reduction measures. In order to improve the consumption of renewable energy and reduce carbon emissions, a hybrid microgrid optimization model under different load dispatching strategies was established [4]. By analyzing the imfluence of carbon trading on power generation plans and making full use of various resources on the demand side, a low carbon unit combination model was proposed [5]. A low carbon economic dispatching model was established, which considered carbon dioxide emissions characteristics of different power generation resources, carbon capture units [6]. In order to maximize the profit of the power generation company and optimize the decision-making process of the carbon markets, a ladder carbon transaction costs model was established, and a dynamic decision making model with two consecutive stages was proposed [7]. The above researches on carbon trading mechanism does not fully consider the unused carbon emission quota. When the units’ actual carbon emissions are below the carbon emission quota, it should be rewarded to better achieve the low carbon goal. So it is necessary to deepen the carbon trading mechanism.
