With the characteristics of comprehensive state perception, efficient information processing, convenient and flexible application, the power Internet of things(IoT) is an intelligent service system which makes full use of modern information technologies such as mobile Internet and artificial intelligence to realize the interconnection of everything and human-computer interaction in all links of the power system [1]. By applying advanced information technology such as big data, such as big data, cloud edge computing, IoT, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence and block-chain widely, sufficient and effective data resource can be collected, providing the support for planning and construction, production and operation, operation management, comprehensive services, new business mode development and intelligent technologies. However, the amount of the data generated in each link of power IoT, especially the monitoring data in which unstructured data such as video monitoring, graphics and image processing accounts for a large proportion, is very huge, resulting the network congestion heavy and system delay large [2]. Consequently, real-time and high-speed processing is necessary and very important for power IoT.
