I. Introduction
In recent years, the application of high-speed motor in various aspects has been widely concerned. With the emergence of new permanent magnet materials, the development of power electronics technology and the progress of permanent magnet motor design technology, the application of permanent magnet motor in the field of high speed is more and more[1] With the application of high-speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor and the continuous pursuit of high performance motor [2]–[3]. It is necessary for researchers to develop high performance high speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor. Due to the characteristics of high power density and high frequency operation of high speed Permanent magnet brushless DC motor, it involves multidisciplinary cutting-edge technologies such as materials, machinery, electromagnetic, power electronics, automation, detection technology and computer control, so there are many problems that need to be further studied[4]. The running speed of high-speed motor is high, and the iron loss occupies a large proportion in its loss. How to reduce iron loss and improve efficiency is the key of motor design.
