I. Introduction
With the development of big data, Internet of things and 5G technology, driverless technology is more and more close to human life. Correspondingly, people need more accurate geolocationing support. As the high orbit of GNSS satellites provides a global coverage along with a great power lost, NLOS positioning at indoor and outdoor shielding regions is the focused and studied by reachers, especially positioning for dense vegetation or landslides blocked area (up to kilometers), which other geolocation system like Wi-Fi or mobile base station positioning technology could not worked well, pseudolite positioning system became the most effective way[1], [2]. For smart city, it can provide more accuracy location result, makes people's life more convenient.
