I. Introduction
Advancement in current generation technologies such as medical science, transportation, education, computer technolo-gies and etc are being extensively used by mankind and requires more power generation in future. Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide gases are emitted along with other waste gases while generating power from fossil fuel based sources, which is leading us to global warming and green house effect. Multiple species on earth are facing threats due to global warming and atmospheric changes. Therefore, fossil fuel based power generation would be avoided in future to overcome the affects of global warming. Substitute of fossil fuels based power generation are the prime focus for researchers these days. Since sun is producing constant amount of power and reliable source of light energy, solar cells could be a better option as an alternative power generation with zero greenhouse gas emission.
