I. Introduction
As a rapidly developing renewable energy in the world nowadays, wind energy has some drawbacks such as indeterminate, intermittent and nonschedulable. These disadvantages make it impossible for wind energy to integrate into power grids steadily [1], [2]. In recent years, China's wind power installed capacity has been increasing in an annual growth rate of nearly 100%. Due to the unstable power supply, the proportion of wind power in power grid will be limited, making a major obstacle in wind power development. Besides, large-scale wind farms usually locate in remote areas or at sea, far from load centers. Thus it is particularly important for wind farms to provide energy to load centers efficiently and steadily.
