I. Introduction
Recently, large quantity of fossil fuel is consumed due to the development of industry causing an increase in consumption of energy. The fossil fuel like petroleum is being continuously exhausted and sees the ever high oil price era. In addition, the burning of the fossil fuel produces the greenhouse gases like the carbon dioxide causing global warming. Wherefore, all the countries of the world introduce the concept of “Sustainable Development” for the preservation of fossil fuel and reduction in the emission of green house gases. The sustainable development concept refers that we have to minimize consumption of our natural resources and plan positively for the development of mankind. For this, the amount of energy consumption should be reduced through efficient use of the available energy. The development of new and renewable energy technologies like the solar and wind force should be promoted and consequently the greenhouse gases and waste exhaustion can be reduced. In order to achieve these goals, the energy plan to raise efficiency for the energy-efficient use and reduction of green house gases is proposed and amongst these, the smart grid has attained much appreciation and attention [1] [2].
