I. Introduction
Prostate cancer has become one of the most common cancers among men. Grading is the only method to predict the prognosis of the cancer patient. The most widely used and accepted grading technique is the Gleason's grading system [1], [2]. According to this system, the H&E stained biopsy is analyzed and graded based on the pattern of lumen, nuclei and the glandular organization [3], [4]. The grading is scored on a scale of 1 to 5. Severe the cancer, higher is its grade. The glandular organization disappears in the later stages and only nuclei will be found.
