I. Introduction
With the rapid development of modern power electronics technology, computer technology, intelligent control technology and automatic control technology, electric transmission system gradually is inclined to intelligent control and digital control. Vector control through the coordinate transformation AC motor control can be equivalently regarded to DC motor, obtaining the static and dynamic properties as well as DC motor speed control. However, the traditional PID control method even though it can make the system get a good steady-state accuracy, but the system's rapid and anti-jamming, and system robustness of parameter perturbations are not very satisfactory [1].
