I. Introduction
A few years ago when e-learning was introduced it generated a lot of hype with some technology forecasters predicting that perhaps the years of the conventional Universities with classrooms are now numbered as people will have the option and capability of learning when ever, where ever and however they want using electronic devices. A few years down the line this forecast has not materialized on the scale that was imagined then. In 2009, we still find that many of the e-learning platforms are still not student driven but still deliver the same content for all the students.
