1. Introduction
A great amount of data resources have been accumulated in scientific practice researches and filed observations. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of information technology, enterprise application systems have been developed for certain enterprises and institutions. Working efficiency was greatly improved by adopting those automatic systems. But lots of those systems were based on independent solution plan, and the systems' integration, transplantation, reusability and expansibility were seldom considered during the development, thus low-level, no-relation, no-sharing “information isolated islands” were formed. Because lots data were restricted in certain units and cannot be used outside those certain departments, people who need them would have to waste a large amount of human, material and financial resources on data repeated collection [1].
