I. Introduction
This paper develops, based on an exhaustive and critical literature review, the best choice from our point of view to control the power delivered by the fuel cell in a hybrid system. This system has been designed to supply loads connected to a dc bus. According to Fig. 1, loads can be connected to a dc bus directly or by means of dc/dc converters (step up or step down), which can be followed or not by dc/ac converters.
